What information do we collect and why?
When you buy digital marketing, branding or advertising services in our online store, we process your personal information under the legal framework of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of the Individuals.
Your financial information (bank data, payment information) we use it exclusively to process transactions. We work with PCI-DSS certified payment processors that encrypted this information. We do NOT store full card numbers on our servers.
Your billing data (RFC, business name, tax address, regime) are required by the SAT to issue valid electronic invoices. We keep them for as long as Mexican tax law marks.
Your email allows us to communicate with you about the services you bought: order confirmation, project advances, final file delivery, and technical doubt resolution.
Your navigation information (pages that you visit, services that you consult, time on the site) we analyze it by Google Analytics to improve the purchase experience and optimize our catalog. This includes analysis cookies that you can disable from your browser.

Only with these third parties needed to operate the business:
